Temecula home damaged by fire; no injuries reported

Fire damaged a house in Temecula, but no one was injured, a fire official said today.

The fire at 31667 Loma Linda Road was reported at 6:47 p.m. Saturday, according to Laura Germany of the Riverside County Fire Department.

Smoke was reported coming from the attic of the single-story house, she said.

Firefighters had the fire out by 7:12 p.m. and contained the fire to the attic, Germany said. The cause was under investigation.
