San Diego’s famed Balboa Park is celebrating 30 years of free summer concerts in the park beginning June 15.
With programs that range from military band and Dixieland jazz to big band swing and Latin salsa, the concerts showcase a diverse and lively mix of sound, song and heritage.
Each of the events takes place on the stage at Spreckels Organ Pavilion, with Tues.-Thurs. hour-long performances starting at 6:15 p.m. Concerts extend through Aug. 26.
