A Lake Forest man pleaded guilty today to exposing himself to a mother and her baby and was sentenced to 120 days in jail and three years of probation.
Amonullah Sakhi, 26, was standing in the doorway of his home, less than a mile from the Olivewood Elementary School in Lake Forest, about noon, on Sept. 11, 2009 of last year, when he pulled down his jogging pants and started to masturbate as a woman holding her baby walked by, according to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
The woman was walking to the elementary school to visit her daughter during lunch, according to prosecutors.
Sakhi, who was arrested Oct. 7 at the karate studio where he was an instructor, pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of indecent exposure, according to prosecutors.
Orange County Superior Court Judge Craig Robison, who offered the plea deal to Sakhi, ordered him to register as a sex offender, according to the District Attorney’s Office.
