After about an hour and a half of bumper to bumper traffic, vehicles on southbound Interstate 15 in Temecula and Interstate 215 in Murrieta, are back to a slow but steadily moving pace.
The accident has cleared and CHP has lifted the SigAlert.
UPDATE:1:20 p.m.
Southbound traffic in Murrieta on Interstate 215 from Los Alamos Road is also backed up, bringing holiday travelers to a complete stop.

The California Highway Patrol issued a SigAlert after a vehicle overturned on Interstate 15, about half a mile north of Temecula Parkway, causing traffic to back up for up miles.
The accident was reported about 12:11 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
A white overturned Mitsubishi SUV was reported blocking two southbound lanes. A white Chevrolet sedan and a gray Honda Accord with major damage to the rear was also reported.
Two motorists with moderate injuries were taken to area hospitals. Minor injuries to other motorists involved were also reported.
