Government offices closed Monday in Riverside County for Presidents DayCourts and most municipal offices in Riverside County will be closed Monday for the Presidents’ Day holiday. Law enforcement and fire department personnel will be on duty, but non- emergency local and state agencies will not be open for business again until Tuesday. Trash and recycling services for county residents will be suspended, and public transportation will run on a holiday schedule in Riverside, returning to regular operation Tuesday. All city and county libraries will be closed.
