San Diego’s waterfront should be bustling today, with three cruise ships making port calls and some 45 buses shuttling passengers to Ensenada, Mexico.
Police will help keep the traffic moving.
The Carnival Spirit arrived about 1:45 a.m. at the Cruise Ship Terminal with more than 2,200 passengers.
Also arriving today are:
– Holland America’s Zaandam, arriving at the Port Pavilion about 6 a.m. with 1,700 passengers;
– Celebrity Cruises’ Infinity, arriving at the Cruise Ship Terminal at 6:30 a.m. with about 2,000 passengers.
Adding to the bustle will be 45 buses that will take 2,200 passengers for the Carnival Spirit’s next cruise to Ensenada, Mexico.
Three other cruise ships arrived Saturday. They were Holland America’s Oosterdam, with about 1,800 passengers; The Silver Seas’ Silver Cloud, with about 300 passengers; and the Crystal Symphony, with about r 900 passengers.
