Car enthusiasts get ready for Murrieta’s Father’s Day Car Show

Muscle cars and old school hot rods will take over California Oaks Sports Park for a Father’s Day treat.

Murrieta will once again play host to the popular car show, where guests can marvel at the detailed work on hot rods and classic cars. Those with the nicest cars will get a awards.

The city is still taking registrations for the 41st Annual Father’s Day Car Show.

The event begins at 6:30 a.m. on June 19 and runs until 2 p.m. Registration will run from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m.

The cost for participants who register in advance is $25 including an event t-shirt. Those who register on Sunday will pay $30 and won’t get a t-shirt.
