Superstar recording artists Matchbox Twenty, featuring front man Rob Thomas will heat up Pechanga’s Summer Concert Series with their only Southern California concert at 8 p.m. on July 9 at Pechanga Resort & Casino’s famed Showroom Theater.

“Cinderella” Ballet at Old Town Temecula Community Theater

Presented by Inland Valley Classical Ballet Theatre and Svetlana’s Dance Academy, “Cinderella” will come to life with whimsical choreographed dance routines and sparkling costumes worthy of the magic and pageantry of the beloved story. The production runs July 8-10.

Lake Elsinore Storm at The Diamond

The Lake Elsinore Storm is set to take on Visalia at 7:05 p.m. July 8-9 and 5:05 p.m. July 10 at The Diamond. Fans can plan on Fireworks Friday and Funday Sunday this weekend. Be sure to check out all the fun promotions at www.stormbaseball.com.

Toasting the Royal Visit in Old Town Temecula

Fans of Great Britain’s royal family will have the chance to offer a personal toast to the newlyweds. In honor of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s upcoming visit, Temecula is set to join over 20 cities throughout California in a statewide toast to welcome the royal couple. Temecula “Tea time” is set for 4 p.m. July 8 at Town Square in Old Town Temecula on Main Street.

Summer Art Show at Santa Rosa Plateau

It seems only natural, to blend the beauty of the Santa Rosa Plateau with the arts. And so it will be when the 14th Annual Summer Art Show at the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve kicks off July 9.

Shakespeare in the Vines “Hamlet”

Celebrating its sixth season, Shakespeare in the Vines will bring Shakespeare’s famed tragedy “Hamlet” to the stage at Stuart Cellars Winery. Directed by Paul Jacques, the play runs through July 23.
