“We regularly host these kinds of culturally-diverse shows,” said Public Relations Manager Robert Bledsoe, adding that the concerts serve a robust Vietnamese population in Orange County and Los Angeles.

Ballads, rocking pop tunes and glitzy dance routines lit up the stage for the thousands who packed the outdoor theater for a chance to see some of the biggest pop culture talents in the industry, including Trinh Hoi, Doan Phi, Nguyet Anh, Thanh Tuyen, pop singer Thuy Tien, and more.

The event was part of Pechanga Resort & Casino’s popular outdoor Summer Concert Series that has seen performances by such artists as Alan Jackson, Lady Antebellum, and Matchbox 20.

Upcoming shows include American Idol’s Chris Daughtry on Sept. 2. Tickets are still available.
