James Brown, award-winning author of the addiction memoirs, “The Los Angeles Diaries” and “This River” will give a presentation at Mt. San Jacinto College’s Menifee Valley Campus from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. on Nov. 1 in room 927 of the Technology Building.
In addition to reading from his work, Brown will also address questions from the audience regarding the craft of writing and issues of addiction and alcoholism.
The Mt. San Jacinto College Menifee Valley Campus English Department, in association with Poets & Writers, Inc., will host the event.
The event is free and open to the public.
