In August, shortly after Sophie complained of a pain in her chest, it was discovered that a malignant tumor was lodged just above her lungs.
Since the diagnosis of Stage 4 Ewing Sarcoma, friends of Sophie’s mother Colleen Lawler and father Ted Ehr have been rallying to ease the burden of medical and travel expenses of the family.

Sophie’s Rainbow to Wishes Concert Tour begins at 5 p.m. on Dec. 3 at The Wine Company, located at 29703 Overland Drive in Temecula.
From there, guests are invited to grab a seat on Brewen’s Empire Trolley for a quick trip out to The Barrel Room at Callaway Vineyard & Winery for an evening of entertainment, food, silent auction and the chance to win raffle items.
An ambitious line-up of 80s and classic rock bands includes performances by Nina Markert, THE BASH, and The Forty Nineteens.
Additionally, the event is made possible by a collaboration of Brewen’s Empire Trolley, Wishes for Children and Heyday Events.
Cost is $25 for adults and $10 for children. VIP sponsorship tables are available for $500 for 8 to 10 people to include wine and hors d’oeuvres.
All proceeds from the event directly benefit Sophie Lawler-Ehr.
