A non-injury fire at a single-story home in El Cerrito has caused $150,000 in damages, authorities said today.
The fire was reported at 9:07 p.m. Sunday in the home in the 7600 block of Marilyn Drive, said Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Jody Hagemann.
The first arriving engine company reported the home was involved in flames and power lines were down, Hagemann said.
In all 25 firefighters battled the blaze, including some from Corona.
There were no injuries.
It appears the home may not have been occupied, Hagemann said. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
