Former President Bill Clinton on Tuesday will open the Clinton Foundation’s one-day health conference at the Renaissance Esmeralda Indian Wells Resort & Spa in Indian Wells.

Later that morning, Clinton will moderate a panel on health and well-being featuring former Surgeon General Dr. David Satcher and former tennis star Billie Jean King.
His daughter Chelsea will moderate a panel on healthy schools, and Clinton will close the conference that evening.
Other speakers and panelists include Jillian Michaels, the former trainer on the NBC weight loss series “The Biggest Loser,” professional golfer and commentator Notah Begay III, celebrity chef Lorena Garcia, Susan Dell, founder of the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, actress Goldie Hawn, and golfer Annika Sorenstam. Health advocate Deepak Chopra will speak via Skype, according to the Clinton Foundation.
The theme of the conference is “Health Matters: Activating Wellness in Every Generation.”
