Johnny: “Unfortunately the laws are skewed in favor of the mothers. Sometimes it leads to unfortunate actions on the fathers who are unable to deal with the unfairness of the whole process.”
Robert Durham: “Your solution is to release parole violators to parole supervision? AB 109 requires all parole violators to serve their violation time in county jail. That is ALL parole violators – not just the “low level, drug and theft” offenders. When you release parole violators early understand who it is you are releasing – child molesters, rapists, gang members, and other violent offenders are those being released early and without consequence. Without the threat of being returned to custody for violating parole, what incentive is there for a child molester to keep his GPS charged and refrain from associating with children at the local park? THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!”
John: “I remember that case and I’ve been down to the bridge where it happened. He totally abused his power and took this innocent life. He needs to remain in prison for the rest of his life!”
Alicia: “How nice. So, for those who have been trying really hard to pay off their tickets from over the last few years, making monthly payments, they get nothing. But those who haven’t done squat get a break. WTF?!”
Jesse: “I heard about this, I was there but only saw the ambulance. I am so sad this man didn’t make it. My prayers go out to him and his loved ones.”
