The Temecula Murrieta Rescue Mission is hosting a farmer’s market with plans to run the event indefinitely from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays and Sundays at Rancho Community Church. Bags full of fresh produce will cost as little as $5. Proceeds benefit local families in need.

Hey, space cadets. Don’t miss your chance to learn all about the universe with a just-for-kids program that is out of this world. The fun blasts off at 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Feb. 17 at Temecula Children’s Museum.

California Theatre of the Performing Arts

Promenade Mall, Temecula
Presented by the Arts Council of Temecula Valley, artwork from Temecula and Murrieta students of all different mediums and styles will be on display through February at the Promenade Temecula. Stroll the mall and take in all the beautiful images presented by area youth.

John Steinbeck’s classic novel will come to life when the Temecula Valley Players stages “Of Mice and Men” debuting at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 16 at the Old Town Temecula Community Theater. The play runs Feb. 16-19, 23-26.
