Palm Desert is set to host the brightest and most inspired chefs from California at the Food & Wine Festival Palm Desert event on Mar. 23-25, it was announced.
Participants will enjoy four-course gourmet luncheon paired with wines and hosted by celebrity chefs on Mar. 23. Then, attendees will walk through and experience fine dining with 45 of the top award-winning restaurants and their accompanying chefs from throughout California on Mar. 24-25.
Young’s Market-The Estates Group will feature their top 65 brands including: Piper-Heidsieck, Hall, Alexander Valley Vineyards, Sonoma-Cutrer, Hess Collection, Whitehall Lane Winery, Dutton-Goldfield and a selection of vintages and varietals from the Wilson Daniels portfolio.
Each restaurant will provide its menu in advance so that event organizers can specifically pair the cuisine with a particular varietal or brand that most compliments the food they are serving.
