Lake Elsinore Storm debuts gluten-free menu

The Lake Elsinore Storm has a gluten-free menu in the stadium’s Diamond Club Restaurant this season.

The new menu, designed with help from Left Coast Engineering, features carne fries, multiple salads and carne asada street tacos. Fresh Strawberries and Bard’s Gold beer also are options to add to a gluten-free meal.

“The amount of people who have gluten-free diets seems to be rising and we wanted to make sure we are always accommodating all of our customers,” executive chef Steve Bearse said. “We are excited for this addition to our menu.”

The Diamond Club is a full-service restaurant open during Lake Elsinore Storm home games.

Anyone with a ticket to the game can order from the Diamond Club and enjoy their food inside the restaurant or get it to go. The restaurant also is available for banquets and other special events.
