The SDSU School of Music and Dance continues the celebration of its 75th Anniversary year with two free performances of an “Opera Arias” Extravaganza at 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. on May 2 in Smith Recital Hall on the SDSU Campus.
The 12 p.m. program will be an operatic sampler of the full-length 7 p.m. program.

Everything from “Orfeo” to “Street Scene,” from Mozart to Mechem!”
Featured singers slated to appear in one or both of the concerts include undergraduates Lindsey Pino, Kayla Gautereaux, Mariah Muehler, Kacey Kurpinsky, Rachel Rothman, Mindy Chu, Alysa Hope, Siobahn Sung, Daniel Marshall, Jonathan Gonzales, Angel Mannion, Matthias Villwock and Thomas Lokensgard; Graduate students Erin McAdams, Kara Masek, Ji-hee Kim and Elly Roseberry; and esteemed Alumni Mary Ann Carr, Renee Calvo, Sarah LeClair Klacka, Rosy-Dawn Selwitz, Molly Whittaker, Shauna Hart Ostrom, Guy Monacelli, Bryan Balderman and Ron Banks.
