While Europa Village Winery brings the best of Spanish, Italian and French wine and ambiance to Temecula wine country, it has a single goal in mind when it comes to music — pure entertainment.
“We just celebrated our one year anniversary, so we are starting to have live entertainment on Friday nights. They are mostly bands, but there will be a few live theatrical performances from now throughout the summer,” said Jennifer Kopak, marketing representative with Europa Village Winery.
Some shows will spotlight the popular summer series Shakespeare in the Vines.
A first concert featuring local favorite The Forty Nineteens has already kicked off the new summer series.
“It was great — the concert, the backdrop, the sunset. It was all just an amazing night,” Kopak said.
Kopak said the event was held in the new open veranda, providing a fun, breezy experience for guests.
Future performances are also planned for the intimate Spanish wine cave.
Concerts are free and open to the public.
“We are also hosting monthly themed dinners, with wine and musical performances from each of the three countries Europa represents. The first few have been so well received that we will be adding a second night each month,” Kopak added.
An upcoming themed dinner from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on May 16-17 will include an evening of the delectable wine, song and cuisine of Spain — tapas-style.
Europa Village Winery is located at 33475 La Serena Way in Temecula.
