The sharp increase stems from record low gasoline inventories and continued refinery issues, according to Jeffrey Spring of the Automobile Club of Southern California.

The average price in Riverside and San Bernardino counties is 6 cents more than a week ago, but 2.7 cents less than one month ago and seven-tenths of a cent lower than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The price of crude continues to drop. The national price of gas is falling, summer demand has yet to begin and our gas prices are rising. What a bunch of BS. One more good reason to add to the list of a 1001 reasons to leave the PRC.(Peoples Republic of California)
