Oak Mountain Winery is set to host a cooking class from 6 to 9 p.m. on June 1, it was recently announced.
Temecula Catering will teach participants how to prepare a four-course gourmet meal of Bruschetta stuffed mushrooms, Greek salad, boneless short ribs, and Bananas Foster for dessert.
Each course will be specially paired with an Oak Mountain wine.
Cost for the class is $65 per person and $60 for wine club members.
Oak Mountain Winery is located at 36522 Via Verde in Temecula.
