Monte De Oro Winery plans high-flying welcome for Cpl. Dominguez

Monte De Oro Winery, in association with the Thomas DeAngelis Memorial Fund and the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation, is set to host a fundraising event to benefit U.S. Marine Corporal Juan Dominguez, a triple-amputee who has chosen Temecula to be his new home later today.

The evening will feature wine and food from more than 30 wineries and local restaurants as well as entertainment by the Brewer Boys and other well-known acts from the Inland Empire.

The highlight of the evening will be an aerial rappelling demonstration followed by the arrival of Cpl. Dominguez aboard a Navy S60 Seahawk helicopter, which will land on the grounds of the Monte De Oro Winery.

The event kicks off from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on May 25 at Monte De Oro Winery, located at 35820 Rancho California Road, Temecula.

Ticket prices are  $32.50 each and can be bought at the door at the event at Monte De Oro Winery.
