It’s grilling season and Bel Vino Winery is set to celebrate the summer with its annual Hilltop BBQ on Saturday, June 30.
International award-winning Chef Jorge Alvarado will oversee the preparation of this lavish barbecue and wine feast, beginning with the best cuts of beef, pork and chicken.
Each type of meat will have its own exotic and flavorful marinade treatment and then will be wrapped in either agave or banana leaves. All meats are smoked twelve hours over barrel and grape wood and served with roasted pistachio, habanera salsa and escabeche onions.
Fresh and grilled vegetable, and a fruit and dessert station and two glasses of premium Bel Vino wines, with a choice of red or white will complement the meal.
The event kicks off at twilight and finishes under the stars at the winery’s outdoor concert venue.
As bellies fill and night falls, guests can hit the dance floor to the sounds of Shoot for Tuezday, covering the best in rock n’ roll from the 1960s through today.
The Hilltop BBQ is planned for 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. on June 30 at Bel Vino Winery, located at 33515 Rancho California Rd., Temecula.
Cost is $55 for Wine Club Members and $65 for Non-Club Members.
