The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department-Palm Desert Station is asking for the public’s help in nabbing a man suspected in a string of commercial burglaries, it was reported today.
The burglaries have occurred during evening hours and each time, name brand sunglasses were taken from seven optometry businesses located within the cities of Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage and Indian Wells.
The thefts took place over a period of time between March and June, according to officials.
The suspect is described as a male, approximately 5 feet to 5 feet, 4 inches tall with a stocky build.
