Perris: Skydiver OK after rough landing

Riverside County sheriff’s deputies who went to the scene reported that the parachutist was fine and did not require medical attention.

In February, a San Diego man died during a skydiving competition at the airport.

That fatality followed four in 2011, including a fatal collision involving two instructors who became intertwined during a jump.
