The Lucky Brand Jeans store was robbed just after 4 p.m. on Friday June 22 in the 73400 block of El Paseo in Palm Desert.
Store employees told responding officers that a white male browsed through the trendy store and selected a few items. He approached the cashier, pulled out a gun and handed the employee a note demanding money, Sgt. Nielson said in a report.

The suspect fled the store with the merchandise and cash. He was last seen running north on El Paseo.
No employees were injured during the armed robbery.
The suspect is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, thin build and wearing a red shirt, dark jeans, a red baseball hat and carrying a red backpack, a Riverside County Sheriff’s Department report stated.
