The premier Eagles tribute band — Desperado — will play live on June 29 at Longshadow Ranch Winery in Temecula, it was recently announced.
With five lead vocalists and instrumentalists, the group includes members who have performed with Eagles Don Felder, J.D. Souther, and Chris Farmer.
Performing the Eagles soaring harmonies while executing the guitar parts and rhythm track to perfection, Desperado challenges the listener to tell the difference between what is being played live and the original versions of the songs.
Doors open at 6 p.m., the opening act starts at 7 p.m. and Desperado takes the stage at 8 p.m.
Fans can grab early bird ticket prices for $20 per person, a VIP Table for $250 or pay $25 per person at the door.
The concert is part of the “In the Vineyard Under the Stars” Hey Day 2012 concert series.
Additional upcoming performances include Sundresses & Cowboy Boots on August 3; Strange Love, A Tribute to Depeche Mode on August 24; and Surf Music Beach Party on August 25.
