Noodles restaurant at Pala offers an extensive Asian menu, no airfare involved

Diners in the mood for Far East delicacies can find what they are craving at Noodles, the eclectic Asian restaurant just off the Promenade at Pala Casino Spa and Resort.

The menu features an Asian smorgasbord of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Thai specialties, making it a perfect place for the Asian food lover.

Guests order at the counter in a quick-serve style.

Once guests order they can choose to sit in the restaurant or unlimited seating in the Pala Promenade.

Chef  Wah Lam draws on his Asian background to create multicultural specialties that make Noodles a popular lunch and dinner spot for just about everyone.

“Our menu is diverse and continues to evolve,” Chef Lam said in a release statement. “Our staff represents many backgrounds and we work together to create the best of each culture.”

Two popular dishes are the stir-fried Teriyaki Beef and the abundant Seafood Delight — both under $15.

In addition to Asian favorites like Sweet and Sour Chicken, Orange Chicken, Salted Shrimp, Kung Pao Shrimp, Steamed Filet Fish the menu also features appetizers, dim sum, Korean-style ribs, 24 Wok-Fried Noodle dishes and Soup Noodles and plenty of savory soups.

Flavorful vegetarian dishes are available as well.

Menus are available in four languages: English, Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean.

Noodles is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., Sunday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 4 a.m. on Saturday.
