Thermal: Man charged with lewd act on 4-year-old child

Deputies arrived at the 88-000 block of Avenue 70 in Thermal and immediately detained and arrested Andres Rojas Ramirez and booked him in to the Riverside County Jail in Indio.

The perpetrator was charged with lewd and lascivious acts with a minor, felony drug arrest warrent and a misdemeanor DUI arrest warrant, a Riverside County Sheriff’s press release stated.
