Sights & Sounds: Fourth of July festivities kick off in Temecula

You know it’s a holiday in Temecula when Old Town’s streets are teeming with horses, cars and stars and stripes. But, it’s just not the Fourth of July until Temecula City Councilwoman Maryann Edwards serenades the crowd with a rousing rendition of “God Bless America.”

Edwards sang this morning, the crowds cheered and Temecula’s annual Fourth of July parade kicked off a busy day of fun activities that include music, food, fun and fireworks from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Ronald Reagan Sports Park.
