Two people were receiving treatment today for injuries they suffered in a collision that involved three big rigs and spilled fuel on eastbound Interstate 10 in Beaumont, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The crash at Beaumont Avenue was reported around 11:15 p.m. Monday and prompted the closure of two of three eastbound lanes, according to a CHP dispatcher.
The injured were taken to a hospital, she said. Their conditions were not immediately reported.
Crews were working to clean up the fuel spill.
