Original Story: Law enforcement officials need the public’s help in locating a blind man from Jurupa Valley who left home and hasn’t been seen since, officials reported.

Jesse Alfonso Duarte, a resident of Jurupa Valley was reported missing on Tuesday July 17 after he left on foot from his home in the 5900 block of Mission Boulevard and never returned.
Duarte is legally blind and walks with a white cane, Lt. Zachary Hall stated in a report.
