Ortega Hwy: Man crashes motorcycle, sustains serious injuriesA man riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle was travelling westbound on the Ortega Highway on Friday Aug. 3 at 11:15, when he drifted off the road, lost control and crashed into an embankment. The man identified as 57-year-old Peter Reinhart, of Lake Forest was ejected off his motorcycle and landed on the side of the road, a CHP spokesman said. “As a result of the collision, Mr. Reinhart sustained severe injuries to his head, neck, left leg and ankle,” CHP spokesperson Nathan Baer said.
