‘Summer Nights’ stay hot in Temecula

Old Town Temecula is set to get the blues with some cool concerts on Friday, August 10 as part of the popular Hot Summer Nights series.

Performances include:

  • Jimmy King Jamba will join Rocky Zharp for a blues workshop at 6 p.m. at The Merc.
  • A performance by Zharp and the Blues Crackers will follow from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Merc.
  • King and Jamba play from 7-10 p.m. at Baily’s Courtyard.
  • Known for its rhythms and fun blend of funk and rock, Hoodoo Blues will get the crowd grooving from 6 to 9 p.m. at Villa di Calabro Winery.
  • “X-Factor” contender Caylie Miranda Gregario, 15, will perform from 6  to 9 p.m. at the alcove next to Rosa’s Cantina.

All concerts are free.
