Felon behind bars after traffic stop, loaded gun and drugs found in car

A traffic stop in San Jacinto leads to the arrest of a felon on parole after officers discovered a loaded gun, ammo, stolen property and crystal meth for sale, authorities reported.

San Jacinto resident Norbert Arres III, 28, was immediately arrested on numerous charges.
