Landscaping project to slow traffic in Rancho Mirage

Traffic delays are expected on Highway 111 in Rancho Mirage through Nov. 19 for landscaping work that began today, the city’s Public Works Department reported.

East and westbound lanes will be restricted to two lanes in each direction on 111 from Mirage Cove Drive to Paxton Road on weekdays between the hours of 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. while the median landscape rehabilitation project is under way, according to the city.
