Two men are behind bars for allegedly barging into a mobile home and robbing the resident of cash and narcotics, it was reported today.
Officers responded to an east Hemet mobile home park in the 35000 block of state Highway 74 on Tuesday Sept. 4 just after 1:10 a.m.
Deputies learned that two male suspects entered the victim’s residence and demanded cash and drugs, Sgt. Rose McKinney stated in a report.
“Both suspects, along with a woman already at the victim’s residence fled in a waiting taxi cab,” Sgt. McKinney added.
Further investigation led deputies to a home on Juanita Avenue where they arrested San Jacinto residents Terry Anderson, 52 and Marjuane Nelson, 21.
Anderson was also wanted for spousal abuse for allegedly harming the same woman who left with both suspects after the home invasion robbery, a sheriff’s press release stated.
Anyone with further details regarding this incident is urged to contact the Hemet Police station at 951-791-3400.
