Felon on the run arrested by RivCo Sheriff’s Fugitive Warrant Team

A 25-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday Sept. 11 as part of the Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force and the Riverside County Fugitive Warrant Enforcement Team’s combined efforts, it was reported today.

Jose Manuel Garcia was arrested for an outstanding federal no bail felony for kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon and conspiracy to distribute cocaine issued out of the state of South Dakota.

He was booked into the Southwest Detention Center.
