The 81-game home schedule includes 10 interleague games, May 27-28 against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, July 30-31 against the New York Yankees, Aug. 9-11 against the Tampa Bay Rays and Aug. 23-25 against the Boston Red Sox.

The Rays will be playing at Dodger Stadium for the first time.

The Dodgers’ road schedule includes games May 29-30 against the Angels at Angel Stadium and June 18-19 against the Yankees at Yankee Stadium, the first time the Dodgers will play in the Bronx since winning Game 6 of the 1981 World Series.

The official schedule will be announced after the conclusion of the 2012 season.

The shift of the Houston Astros to the American League creating two 15-team leagues will cause interleague play to be spread throughout the season for the first time.

Each team will play 19 games against divisional opponents, six or seven games against non-divisional league opponents and 20 interleague games.
