Officers stopped a car they believed to be stolen on Sept. 15 just before 9 p.m. on South Santa Fe Drive in San Jacinto, officials reported.

The vehicle had been reported stolen out of Banning on Tuesday Sept. 11.
Hemet resident Dravaughn Jackson and Tyquan Smith of San Jacinto were immediately arrested and booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center.
The 18-year-olds are facing charges of vehicle theft and possession of stolen property, Sgt. Joey Nardone stated.
