Deputies spotted Michael Weir, 28 of weaving through traffic in the area of Main Street and Camino Los Banos in San Jacinto. Weir ran a stop sign and sped off recklessly.
The suspect turned onto a dead-end street and was apprehended by officers, Sgt. Michelle Larson said.
A search of the vehicle revealed three handguns, including one that was stolen from another state and ammunition.
Weir was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance, outstanding felony warrants, felony evading a peace officer, felon in possession of weapons and ammunition and possession of stolen property.
A passenger in the vehicle was later released.

His tattoos, although his choice, do single him out, duh, why else would you put them there unless you want people to see them. And finally 3 guns, one stolen and amo??
