What’s on for the Weekend: Disney and Dirty Fun at The Diamond

Survivor Mud Run

Get down and dirty and have a blast at this popular So Cal event. The Survivor Mud Run, featuring “3.37 hellish miles” of mud and craziness, kicks off at 9 a.m. on Sept. 22 at The Diamond in Lake Elsinore.

Inland Valley Symphony

Bring the family and experience the magic when the Inland Valley Symphony (IVS) presents “Disney in Concert:  Tale As Old As Time” at 4 p.m. on Sept. 22 at the Revival Christian Fellowship church in Menifee.

The Music Man

42051 Main Street, Temecula

Theater lovers will be able to experience the timeless classic “The Music Man,” presented by the Temecula Valley Players.  Performances run through Sept. 30. For tickets call 866-653-8696 or visit www.temeculatheater.org.

Family Fun Night — Surfin’ Safari

30875 Rancho Vista Road, Temecula

Bring the kids and explore the “wilds of Temecula” with a live exotic animal show. The event runs from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Sept. 21 at the Community Recreation Center. Cost is $3 per person.

Annual College and Vocational Fair

40820 Winchester Road, Temecula

The 4th annual Temecula Valley College & Vocational Invitational will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22 at the Promenade Mall in Temecula. Representatives from 170 colleges, universities and vocational schools nationwide will be on hand to talk with students and their families.

San Bernardino Symphony Orchestra

562 W. 4th Street, San Bernardino

Witness Russia’s musical heritage with a performance of “Russian Roulade,” at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 22 at the California Theatre.

RivCo Peace Officers Motorcycle Ride

38000 California Highway 79, Temecula

This memorial ride begins in Riverside, but will end at Vail Lake Resort on Sept. 22. where fun, sun, food and entertainment will conclude the day.
