Lake Elsinore house fire quickly extinguished

Firefighters made quick work of a fire at a home in the 1100 block of Cleveland Court in Lake Elsinore, Cal Fire reported.

The fire broke out in the attic of the residence at about 11:45 a.m. on Friday Sept. 21.

A person was home at the time and made it out safely before firefighters arrived.

“Due to aggressive firefighter action, the fire was quickly contained to the attic fan,” Cal Fire spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson said.

No injuries were reported.
