Idyllwild: Injured hiker rescued from Angel’s Fright trail

Firefighters today helped an injured hiker who had fallen along the Angel’s Fright trail, a spokeswoman said.

The hiker hurt his legs during the 12:34 p.m. incident but refused medical treatment at the scene.

Riverside County firefighters found him at Fern Valley Road and Humber Park and helped him out, spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson said.
