A motorist was injured today in a single-vehicle crash in Wildomar, it was reported.
The collision occurred at about 12:45 p.m. when a white Honda Civic, traveling westbound on Clinton Keith Road, east of Inland Valley Drive, appeared to veer into the eastbound lanes and slam into a utility pole.
Cal Fire officials confirmed at the scene that the male driver was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital.
The extent of the man’s injuries was not known.
The cause of the crash in under investigation.
