After several people complained to law enforcement officials regarding a couple begging for money at a Chevron gas station in San Jacinto, the duo was arrested on Thursday Oct. 4 just before 4 p.m., it was reported today.
San Jacinto residents Ruben Zavala, 33 and Patricia Rodriquez, 40, were both were arrested for trespassing and panhandling.
Sgt. Joey Nardone explained the city of San Jacinto takes a zero tolerance stance against panhandling.
The suspects were booked into Smith Correctional Facility.

Was this the chevron on Ramona because they are there everyday!! I even seen a lady cry because she was scared of them so she gave them money even management was told about them everyday they did nothing about it the couple would sit by the bathroom and just wait for a easy prey sickening!! Every store you go to in hemet or San jacinto you get hit up by people begging for money!! Even in the stores I just say sorry I have to feed my family to !!

But they have all kinds of tolerance for greedy, corrupt and criminal city council members when those crooks push for a county contract for their “police” services.
