Los Angeles: Suspected tagger falls three-stories to his death

A 19-year-old man who was tagging a three-story building in the Westlake district of Los Angeles fell to the ground and was declared brain dead this morning, police said.

The victim fell around 2:30 a.m. after he climbed a tree to reach the building at the intersection of Beverly Boulevard and Union Place, said Sgt. Melvin Gamble of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Rampart Station.

The man was taken to a hospital, where he was declared brain dead, Gamble said.
