Police today investigated the stabbing of a 22-year-old man during a fight with two suspects in San Diego’s Egger Heights neighborhood.

The victim said he was walking in the 1100 block of Saturn Boulevard just after 6 p.m. Friday when two men in their 20s started a fight with him, said San Diego police Sgt. David Jennings.
An hour later, while at home, the victim said, he realized he had been stabbed in the abdomen and drove himself to a hospital, said Jennings.
The man’s injury was not life-threatening, he said.
