RivCo Fire: Early morning crash sends one person to the hospital in critical condition

One person was transported to a hospital in critical condition from the scene of a crash in West San Jacinto, a Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman said.

The crash at Gilman Springs Road at the Quail Ranch Golf Course was reported at 6:40 p.m. Sunday, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Jody Hagemann said.

The patient was extricated from the wreckage, then transported by ground ambulance to a nearby hospital, Hagemann said.
