A suspected drug dealer with three outstanding felony warrants was arrested in Norco on Tuesday Oct. 16 at noon, officials reported.
Riverside County sheriff deputies conducted a thorough investigation into the whereabouts of Norco resident Douglas Hall, 44 who was wanted for outstanding warrants for stolen property and drug-related violations with a combined total bail of over $400,000.

Hall was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center and charged with possession of narcotics for sale, transportation of narcotics, possession of burglary tools, possession of vehicle theft tools, being under the influence of a controlled substance, violation of probation and three separate outstanding felony warrants involving narcotics possession and vehicle theft.
